The vented panels actually work — no fogging up on the inside even after a 40 minute walk in steady drizzle. It fits the double stroller snugly enough that the wind doesn't rip it loose. Kids stayed completely dry underneath.

Rainy walks with two toddlers used to mean soaked kids, but this cover slips over the double stroller in seconds and keeps them completely dry. The vents actually work too, no foggy windows at all.

Finally a cover that actually stays put and doesn’t fog up—the vents work perfectly even in a downpour. Snapped it on in seconds over our double stroller.
